When possible, go to court with your neighbor. If on jury duty know that it is your "duty" to judge not only the facts in a case, but the law as well. On jury duty you are the last protection our liberty has. The law states that a judge can not tell you that it is your duty to judge the law. YOU can change an unconstitutional law.
